Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items are excluded and cannot be returned.

- Gift cards
- ITEMS WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS 12 DAYS FROM POST MARKED DELIVERY!
- ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED UNWORN, UNWASHED, NO DAMAGE, UNUSED AND WITH TAGS ATTACHED
- NO VISIBLE MAKE OR DEODORANT OR STAINS ON ITEMS.
Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order at www.gloriamills.com prior to finalizing your purchase at checkout. Also, please contact email@example.com about returning your items FOR EXCHANGE. Once the request is received , you will be given a return address to ship your item to. The customer is solely responsible for their own return shipment postage.
