Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at shop@gloriamills.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

The following items are excluded and cannot be returned.

  • Items marked FINAL SALE
  • Gift cards

Apparels Conditions

  • ITEMS WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS 12 DAYS FROM POST MARKED DELIVERY!
  • ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED UNWORN, UNWASHED, NO DAMAGE, UNUSED AND WITH TAGS ATTACHED
  • NO VISIBLE MAKE OR DEODORANT OR STAINS ON ITEMS.

Exchanges/Refunds 

Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order at www.gloriamills.com prior to finalizing your purchase at checkout. Also, please contact shop@gloriamills.com about returning your items FOR EXCHANGE. Once the request is received , you will be given a return address to ship your item to. The customer is solely responsible for their own return shipment postage.
